We designed an online customer service portal for a domestic insurer that is optimized for both small and large screens. It was a major challenge to ensure all 200+ screens remained functional and that changes were implemented in a consistent manner.

SZIMPATIKA is a pharma retail brand. The aim of the project was to increase online sales. We gave an E2E support from online sales concept creation to the design of user interfaces. We also supported the implementation with project management throughout the development cycle.

Cofidis | Responsive Web Design
We designed the landing page of one of Cofidis’ special loan products in several responsive sizes. The main consideration was to provide an answer to customers who are already familiar with this type of credit product and also to those who are not. Due to the special type of loan, it was important to explain the product and the application process as clearly as possible.
Greehill | Web Design for Tree Detection System
We worked with a client whose service is to map the trees in the cities with the help of 3D detection system. The system provides an opportunity for municipalities to proactively follow the condition of the trees.
After defining the user journeys of the gardener and the chief gardener we created the prototype and the final UI working together with users from Singapore and the developers in Hungary

Brand awareness research in 3 waves:
We researched changes in awareness before and after the new campaign.
The representative research was conducted online with 500 participants per wave.
Hungarian Telekom | Service Design of Future Television
Based on quantitative and qualitative researches we defined typical user stories to buy and use Telekom interactive TV. We planned personalized processes and interface reflecting users’ expectations.
Telenor | UX Research
The renewed webshop was validated with the involvement of Telenor users in several rounds. User feedback from in-depth interviews was incorporated into the final frontend interface design.
