Digital Product & Service Designer / Consultant

Location: Budapest / Remote (hybrid)

Start date: As soon as possible

Your tasks will include

  • User Research: Conducting qualitative and quantitative research (in-depth interviews, surveys) and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Service Design & Modeling: Visualizing customer journeys and modeling business processes for both existing and new services.

  • Requirement Analysis: Understanding business needs and documenting them through detailed functional specifications to support the development process.

  • Design Collaboration: Working closely with UX/UI designers to create low-fidelity prototypes and ensuring that research findings are implemented in the final product.

  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams, collaborating with developers, marketing, and customer service.

We are looking for you if

  • Professional Experience: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in UX research, service design, business analysis, or digital product management.

  • Mindset: You have an analytical and systems-thinking approach, with the ability to see both the big picture and the functional details.

  • Communication: You possess excellent collaboration skills and are proficient in English (both written and spoken).

  • Education: You hold a university degree, preferably in a field related to design, business, or social sciences.

  • Flexibility: You are comfortable working at client locations from time to time as part of the project team.

  • Experience in the banking or telecommunications sector is a plus.
