UX Researcher
Our company is a leading player in digital experience design in Hungary. Our everyday work is driven by understanding the needs of our clients and fulfilling them in a creative and efficient way. We are looking for a professional to join our team who has at least 1 year of experience in the practical application of qualitative research methods.
What you'll do
Conducting qualitative research, primarily examining digital interfaces from user experience perspective
Identifying pain points in online and offline processes with user involvement (most common methodologies you’ll see: in-depth interviews, online questionnaires)
Analyzing available analytical data and user feedback to optimize online and offline processes
Modeling and visualizing business processes and customer journeys
Developing and presenting recommendations to optimize product development processes based on user-centered design methodology
Collaborating with product development teams and other stakeholders to implement necesseary changes in the product developement process based on research findings
What you bring to the table
Advanced proficiency in English.
University degree preferably in a relevant field such as design, business, or social sciences.
Experience in Digital Service Management, User Experience (UX) Research or Business Analysis.
Analytical mindset with strong strategic and holistic thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively on-site at client locations when needed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
