Service Designer
We are currently looking for a service designer as an extension to our team, which is design hub of professionals skilled in user research, service design and UX/UI design.
Your tasks will include
As a service designer you will be required to do a little bit of all the above:
Design existing and new services based on data, aligning them with user needs to create the highest customer experience possible.
Conduct research and explore user needs using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, gathering and synthesizing information.
Conceptualize and understand business processes.
Document business requirements and detailed functional specifications, coordinating with developers.
Work closely with colleagues (designers, developers, marketing, and customer service teams).
Follow the complete lifecycle of services, from ideation, design, development, to market introduction and user interactions.
We are looking for you if
You have advanced level of English language proficiency.
You have a university degree.
You have extensive experience in service design and/or digital service/product management, or have gained experience in related areas such as Business Analysis or UX Research.
You think customer-centrically and are sensitive to customer needs while keeping the strategy in mind.
You have an analytical mindset and possess strategic and systems thinking skills.
You think innovatively and creatively, seeing solutions and opportunities instead of problems.
You don't mind to work at our client's site from time to time with their design team.
